60 minutes: $85.00

Whether you are looking to relax or have a problem area/areas that need addressed within my scope of practice. First time clients receive a flat rate of $60.00

90 minute Therapeutic/Rehab Massage

90 minutes: $130.00

This is the 90 minute edition of a 60 minute massage therapy session. First time clients receive a flat rate of $90/90 minutes .

Group exercise class

50-60 minutes: $10.00 per person

A full body Workout consisting of mobility work, strength, training, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Class times and days are to be determined. I offer a first time rate of $5 for one class. Buy two classes get one free. Or a monthly rate to be determined.
